By accessing or using the services provided by Imperial Edge Funding ("Imperial Edge", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Trader", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sovereign Funding LTD.. Your continued use of our platform following any modifications to these Terms signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

Imperial Edge Funding provides a proprietary trading evaluation platform that allows qualifying traders to access simulated and funded trading accounts ("Accounts"). Our services include:

All trading on Imperial Edge Funding's platform is conducted in a simulated or performance-tracking environment. Imperial Edge Funding does not operate as a broker, brokerage firm, or investment adviser. No real client funds are traded on the open market in connection with Trader Accounts.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, terminate an account, or restrict access to any user at our sole discretion, including if we determine that eligibility requirements have not been or are no longer met.

4.1 Registration. You must register for an account to access most of our services. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your profile up to date.

4.2 KYC Verification. Before withdrawing profits or accessing funded accounts, you are required to complete our Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. This includes providing government-issued identification and, where required, proof of address. We comply with UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations and reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.3 Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@imperialedgefunding.com of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your account. Imperial Edge Funding is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 One Account Per Trader. Each individual may hold only one account per email address. Operating multiple accounts to circumvent evaluation results or payout restrictions is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

5.1 Challenge Purchase. By purchasing a trading challenge, you are purchasing a service — specifically, the right to participate in a structured evaluation programme. Challenge fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under our specific refund policy stated at the time of purchase.

5.2 Trading Rules. Each challenge type (1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Funding) carries specific rules including but not limited to: profit target percentages, maximum daily loss limits, maximum total drawdown, and minimum trading day requirements. These rules are published on our Challenges page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.3 Rule Violations. Any breach of trading rules — including exceeding drawdown limits, copying trades from another source without disclosure, or trading outside permitted hours if applicable — will result in automatic or manual account disqualification. No refunds are issued following a rule violation.

5.4 No Consistency Rule. Unless explicitly stated for a specific product, Imperial Edge Funding does not impose a mandatory consistency rule on profit distribution across trading days.

5.5 News Trading. News trading and the holding of positions over high-impact economic news events is permitted unless explicitly restricted for a given account type.

5.6 Prohibited Practices. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent account disqualification:

6.1 Funded Account Access. Upon passing an evaluation, Imperial Edge Funding grants you a Funded Account. This account operates in a performance-tracking environment. Your trading performance is monitored, and profits generated within the defined rules are eligible for withdrawal subject to the published profit split ratio.

6.2 Profit Split. The standard profit split is up to 90% to the Trader and the remainder retained by Imperial Edge Funding. The precise split applicable to your account tier is confirmed at the time of account creation and in your Account dashboard.

6.3 Scaling. Traders who meet defined performance benchmarks over consecutive payout cycles may be eligible for account scaling, increasing the notional account size and earning potential. Scaling criteria are published on our platform.

6.4 Payout Requests. You may request a profit withdrawal after completing at least the minimum number of trading days specified for your account type. Payouts are processed within 3–7 business days of approval. Imperial Edge Funding reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify trading legitimacy before processing any payout.

6.5 Funded Account Breaches. Funded accounts are subject to the same trading rules as evaluation accounts. A rule breach on a Funded Account will result in account closure. You will not be entitled to any unpaid profits at the time of breach.

7.1 Challenge Fees. All prices for evaluation challenges are published in USD and are inclusive of any applicable fees. Payment is processed at the point of checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and selected cryptocurrency payment methods.

7.2 No Hidden Fees. Imperial Edge Funding does not charge monthly subscription fees, inactivity fees, or management fees on funded accounts. The only fees payable are the one-time evaluation challenge fee.

7.3 Refund Policy. Challenge fees are generally non-refundable once a trading challenge has been activated. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., a technical fault attributable solely to Imperial Edge Funding), a refund or account reset may be offered at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted to support@imperialedgefunding.com within 14 days of purchase.

7.4 Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us in good faith, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation and to pursue recovery of funds through lawful means.

8.1 Participation. Traders in good standing may participate in our Affiliate Programme to earn commissions on successful referrals. Programme terms, commission rates, and payout thresholds are published in the Affiliate section of your dashboard.

8.2 Prohibited Promotions. Affiliates may not make misleading claims about Imperial Edge Funding's products, guarantee profits, or use deceptive advertising practices. Breach of these conditions will result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8.3 Commission Payouts. Affiliate commissions are paid out according to the schedule published in the dashboard. Imperial Edge Funding reserves the right to withhold commissions where fraud, self-referral, or gaming of the programme is suspected.

All content on the Imperial Edge Funding platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, data, algorithms, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of Sovereign Funding LTD. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, lawful participation in our services. You may not:

11.1 Simulation. Imperial Edge Funding operates a simulated proprietary trading environment. Evaluation accounts and the tracking of funded account performance do not involve the placement of real trades on the open market on behalf of users.

11.2 No Investment Advice. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All educational materials and resources are provided for informational purposes only. You should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

11.3 Past Performance. Any performance data displayed on our platform, including testimonials, leaderboards, or example results, represents simulated or past performance and is not indicative of future results.

11.4 Trading Risk. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Even in a simulated environment, developing good risk habits is critical. By using our evaluation programmes, you acknowledge that skill — not luck — is the determining factor in qualification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

13.1 By You. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@imperialedgefunding.com. Note that account closure forfeits any outstanding challenge access or unpaid affiliate commissions.

13.2 By Us. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14) shall survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@imperialedgefunding.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Imperial Edge Funding reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.
